We're two 29-story buildings set around a mall plaza, sharing a parking garage (under the mall) and mechanical systems. Our buildings contain a variety of living units - from studios or junior one-bedrooms to two- and three-bedroom sizes and larger, depending how owners have been creative over the years.

We have a management and maintenance staff of nearly 30, with someone on-site 24/7.

We outsource the operation of our garage to Standard Parking, who runs it efficiently and makes it easier to accommodate our residents who have cars.
